Job Description
Angkas mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of
livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
The Operations Intern will be assisting from processing and analyzing data generating insights to executing projects.
What youll be doing:
- Collaborate with the Rewards and Retention Team and help shape biker rewards strategy
- Create actionable business insights to answer business questions drive business decisions and develop recommendations via monetary and non-monetary rewards to improve operations.
- Create a biker reward strategy roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
- Present analysis and recommendations using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic executions.
- Develop dashboard designs for creation of data team
- Creation of biker incentives that fits the overall direction of the business
- Implement improvements on the Incentives and rewards structure of the Operations Team
- Suggest and implement automations to eliminate or reduce manual data entry and extraction of the team
Requirements
- Undergraduate (3 rd or 4 th year students) of any 4-year course preferably in Business Management Economics Statistics Mathematics or Engineering
- Knowledge in Data Analytics Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail and problem-solving.
