The Opportunity
At Fulton Hogan were proud to deliver the good work that keeps Southland moving. As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) youll take the lead in planning and implementing safe efficient traffic solutions across a variety of civil projects. With exciting times ahead as we move into Risk-Based Traffic Management this is your chance to make a real impact in your local community while growing your leadership skills within a supportive and safety-focused team.

In addition to the above you will:

• Champion the shift to Risk-Based Traffic Management by applying sound judgment and proactive planning on site.
• Collaborate closely with crews subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth and safe project delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring new staff and sharing your traffic management expertise.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a current Class 1 drivers licence (Class 2 is a bonus).
• Be STMS qualified or actively working towards certification.
• Bring a strong work ethic enjoy physical activity and thrive in a team that values safety initiative and a positive attitude.
