Job Summary
QCM PCRB Engineer is responsible for driving the improvement of overall process quality through the deployment education monitoring and improvement of the key business processes of Conversion management contribute Fab key quality metrics improvement.
Through this role you will be able to obtain the deep knowledge and skill of Quality management system of Micron and of Industry standard.
Job responsibilities
- Deeply understand and deploy key business process and core tools for Conversion management business processes.
- Monitor key metrics to identify systematic issues make strategy and drive improvement for Conversion management business processes with Fab organizations.
- Work with global organizations as fab representative to contribute for developing benchmarking and alignment of the effective business processes.
- Work as PCRB boarder to lead discussion and provide proper risk management
