Job Summary

QCM PCRB Engineer is responsible for driving the improvement of overall process quality through the deployment education monitoring and improvement of the key business processes of Conversion management contribute Fab key quality metrics improvement.

Through this role you will be able to obtain the deep knowledge and skill of Quality management system of Micron and of Industry standard.

Job responsibilities

Deeply understand and deploy key business process and core tools for Conversion management business processes.
Monitor key metrics to identify systematic issues make strategy and drive improvement for Conversion management business processes with Fab organizations.
Work with global organizations as fab representative to contribute for developing benchmarking and alignment of the effective business processes.
Work as PCRB boarder to lead discussion and provide proper risk management

Conversion managementに関する専門知識を身に着けビジネスプロセスを導入する
Conversion managementのKeyとなる指標を監視しFab関係者と協働して改善計画の策定実施をリードする
Conversion managementのビジネスプロセスのFab代表者として効率的なグローバルビジネスプロセスの開発改善に貢献する
PCRBのボーダーとして議論をリードし適切なリスクマネージメントを実施する

Qualification & REQUIREMENTS

Basic understanding of the responsible business processes and systems in Micron related to Conversion management.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor processing process integration device physics quality and reliability fundamentals.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal in Japanese/English.
Ability to engage in cross-functional team in Japanese/English face to face and remotely.
Ability and willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience is preferred.
