SaaS Sales Administration Support Advisor
Position Overview
- Provide support to Key Account Managers in the dedicated area.
- Liaise with the sales department to allow an efficient process to acknowledge the new signed contracts renewals etc.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Opening and extending the accesses for the customers or prospects.
- Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as coordination of software contract renewals in Salesforce.
- Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients.
- Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports to help with account management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- Review sales documents to identify specific clauses such as financial conditions.
- Monitoring analysis and document management: managing the filing and archiving process.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Good command of office tools and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Administration Business or related field.
- Previous experience in administrative support sales administration or SaaS environment is a plus.
