Key Responsibilities
- Support reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports which includes tracking submission and reconciliation of claims.
- Support internal allocations to capture fully loaded cost for the clinical departments and their services
- Partner clinical departments to analyze financials assess viability of projects and adequacy of funding approaches
- Be involved in development of impactful periodic departmental reports which include productivity and financial analysis
- Assist in annual budget and projection cycles work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans
- Support national system implementation and document processes
- Take on other ad-hoc and admin matters
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines; Accountancy Business Finance
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience
- Be a team player and also able to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented with a good balance between implementation and accuracy
- Motivated proactive and optimistic about challenges
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (advanced) VBA Macros PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with scripting and data visualization tools such as Python and Power BI is preferred
- Experience in healthcare sector or operational planning will be an advantage
Basic Salary before bonuses & AWS: $4 000 - $5 5000/month
