Job Description
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our clients logistics challenges.
The Inside Sales Supervise the activities of all Inside Sales Representatives as well as Pricing Specialists. Develops service policies account procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine client complaints. Compile and gather data for QBRs and KPI reporting. Engages in competitive intelligence collects and analyzes information on market trends and conditions gauges anticipated demand and uses the information to recommend pricing strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Build relationships with Crane Worldiwdes potential and existing customers.
- Research different business profiles and become familiar with the Companys B2B sales.
- Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives.
- Monitor competitors product including relevant sales and marketing data.
- Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals with the Operations Manager.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
- Maintain your existing client base and simultaneously prospect for new clients and opportunities.
- Collects competitive intelligence analyzes information on market trends and conditions and gauges anticipated demand.
- Evaluate financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability of customer.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
