Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive customer acquisition revenue growth and market be working alongside a talented team consisting of our Growth Marketer Sustainability & Marketing Assistant and reporting into the Head of Marketing. Join our team during this exciting phase and play a key role in shaping our companies growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy aligned with the companys business objectives
Plan and executedemand generation campaigns that engage and attract high-intend leads
Launch and optimize end-to-end demand generation across channels including email paid media webinars events SEO SEA and ABM
Measure campaign performance against revenue growth goals provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement and conversion
Leverage tools such as HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Salesforce to launch and track campaigns
Partner with content sales and product marketing to ensure campaign messaging is relevant compelling and aligned with market needs
What were looking for
Bachelor or Masters degreein Marketing or related field
Executive-level communication in English and one of Dutch or German.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel demand campaigns
Deep knowledge of paid advertising display advertising social media SEO and SEA.
Strong grasp of performance marketing marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce)
Experience with driving Account Based Marketing programs
Experience working closely with sales and product marketing teams in a fast-paced collaborative setting
