Senior Mobile Engineer (IOS)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain iOS applications for end users
Build new features and enhance existing ones in alignment with product strategies
Manage app submission review and deployment to the App Store
Monitor app stability and handle operational issues proactively
Continuously improve codebase quality and reinforce the technical foundation
Conduct regular refactoring for maintainability and performance
Review and refine application architecture to support scalability and best practices
Stay updated with changes in iOS-related technologies and frameworks and apply them as needed
Japanese: Not mandatory for work but willingness to learn Japanese is desired.
English: Business Level (TOEIC 700)
Experience and Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience in native iOS app development
Strong experience in designing app architecture for iOS platforms
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers (PdMs) designers and backend developers
Capability to keep up with platform updates from Apple and Google and contribute to stable up-to-date operations

Flutter: Add-to-App Riverpod freezed OpenAPI Generator
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter
Familiarity with SwiftUI or other declarative UI frameworks for iOS
Experience collaborating with PdMs and designers using tools such as Figma
Experience in publishing apps to the App Store and managing post-release processes
Willingness or experience in external communication such as presenting at tech events or writing technical content
Experience building and maintaining iOS applications with a large active user base
Solid understanding of testing principles and practical application of unit tests integration tests or E2E testing
Experience in AI-related development or applying AI tools to enhance mobile development workflows
