About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Access Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives that ensure innovative products reach patients effectively. This role will focus on navigating the German healthcare landscape including the AMNOG process while driving market access and expansion strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities

  • Develop and implement market access and expansion strategies in line with company growth objectives

  • Analyze reimbursement landscapes and market coverage to support business decisions

  • Drive discussions on regulatory frameworks reimbursement policies and competitive dynamics with market access stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve barriers to provider and patient access through innovative solutions

  • Contribute to public affairs initiatives by advocating for improved patient outcomes through evidence-based strategies and policy engagement

  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Regulatory teams to align access strategies with product launch and lifecycle plans

Your profile

  • Advanced degree in Public Health Health Economics Health Management or related field preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in market access strategic planning or related functions

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful market access strategies

  • Strong project leadership skills with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system reimbursement processes and health policy

  • Strategic and creative problem-solving capabilities to overcome access barriers

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing collaborative projects

  • Skilled in applying market analyses to support strategic decisions
