Senior Care Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Coordinator to join our growing childrens mental health program at CSA in Needham!
The Senior Care Coordinator provides leadership and clinical oversight within the Community Service Agency (CSA).
In this vital role the Senior Care Coordinator:
- supervises ICC directly and supports dyad supervision in collaboration with the Senior Family Partner
- ensures fidelity to Wraparound principlespromoting family-driven strengths-based and culturally responsive carewhile supporting trauma-informed practices
- ensures compliance with MassHealth MCE requirements
- collaborates with community partners
- assists the Program Director with planning and implementation of services
This position fosters an inclusive and supportive program environment by demonstrating a strong and ongoing commitment to culture and belonging in all aspects of work. Services are delivered through a lens of social sustainability with principles of culture and belonging integrated across all areas of practice.
Salary: $78000/year
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; participates in a 24-hour on-call rotation and requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends to meet family needs

Required Skills
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage with families from diverse backgrounds in a nonjudgmental collaborative manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
Required Experience
- Masters or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
- Minimum of three years clinical supervisory responsibility in child mental health or similar human services setting required.
- Six years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting with minimum of three years child specific direct clinical work after attaining graduate degree
