About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team youll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant youll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

What Youll Get to Do:

• Work closely with business units application teams infrastructure areas and vendors to identify review and evaluate solution requirements.
• Design efficient and scalable automation and business solutions in accordance with Microsoft best practices and vendor-specific design principles.
• Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects.
• Configure new automation using core workflow principles that are efficient well-structured maintainable and easy to understand following an API-first methodology.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation continuous improvement and collaboration bringing strong communication skills and a positive solutions-oriented mindset.

What Youll Bring with You

• 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate Power BI AI Builder and the Power Platform connector library.
• Deep knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and how to implement them at scale.
• Experience in the broader Microsoft ecosystem including:
  • Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration customization and integration.
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Outlook) leveraging collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Azure services integration security identity and cloud-based automation.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes identifying fit-for-purpose Microsoft technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and M365 applications ensuring seamless adoption and efficient use.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues with automation and business applications delivering timely solutions.
• Familiarity with governance compliance and security best practices in Microsoft environments.
• Willingness to work in the Charlotte office three days per week.
