Description of the Role
As an Experienced Service Advisor at Serra CDJR Lake Orion you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs. Your expertise in automotive service will ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose vehicle issues accurately
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance
- Generate service estimates and quotes
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements
