Student Teacher Clinical and Practicum Hours and Observation Hours Requests
To be considered for a student teaching assignment at Addison Trail High School/ Willowbrook High School the candidate or university must submit the following information:
- A written request from the student teaching/internship coordinator or school department specifying the subject area and requested dates of placement.
- Note: This request should be on university letterhead.
- A resume orcurriculum vitae
- An unofficialtranscript
- A Philosophy of Education statement
- Any other supporting documents
