As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with managers to understand their business challenges and translate these into effective HR solutions. Your role is broad and dynamic including:
Acting as a sparring partner for managers on team development talent management and organisational change.
Supporting managers with complex personnel matters (performance absenteeism reorganisation).
Contributing ideas and advice on HR strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
Translating organisational goals into HR plans and initiatives.
Conducting eNPS surveys and translating results into HR initiatives.
Managing HR processes such as onboarding performance management training and development and employee relations.
Promoting and safeguarding a positive workplace culture.
Monitoring HR metrics and providing analyses and reports to the Head of People to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
You will work closely with the HR team which consists of an HR Operations Generalist a Talent Acquisition Partner and the Head of People. Together we ensure our employees can develop and that our organisation attracts and retains the best talent.
Critical results
HR Initiatives Implementation: Successful development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives contributing to the organisations growth and development.
Leadership Advice and Support: Effective guidance and support for managers on HR-related matters.
HR Metrics and Analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends highlight bottlenecks and provide data-based recommendations for improvements.
Culture and Engagement Enhancement: Contributing to a positive workplace culture and increasing employee engagement through initiatives focused on communication recognition and reward.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a proactive and people-oriented approach.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Human Resources role ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand the needs of both managers and employees.
Analytical mindset able to use data to support your recommendations.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
