JOB TITLE: Intern Pharmacist
JOB LOCATION:Lekki Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- We are seeking a dedicated Intern Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team.
- This role provides hands-on experience in a community pharmacy environment where you will assist with daily operations and gain valuable insights into pharmaceutical care.
- Completion of induction is required.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Support the preparation and compounding of prescriptions.
- Offer medication counseling and answer patient queries under supervision.
- Manage inventory including stock rotation and checking for expired items.
- Help with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate pharmacy records.
- Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities as directed.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy ().
- Completion of induction is required.
- 0 1 year relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and community pharmacy operations.
- No accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a community pharmacy setting.
