Job Description
What you need to know:
This is apermanent Full-time role -Strictly dispensary based. You will be required to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts available (either 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm).Weekend work may be required one in five weekends and one late evening shift per week (12pm-9pm) will also be necessary.You will be working alongside an excellent support team. MPS is the dispensing system used.
What youll be doing:
- Provide a safe and efficient dispensing servicein accordance with the pharmacy/care home guidelines
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in the Pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products
- Dealing with customer doctors nurses and blister/prescriptions packs
- Any other duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Ability to cross-check and analyse
What we require:
- Previous experience in nursing homes.
