Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor of Practice / Professor of Practice (Marketing Discipline) ()
The Department of Management Marketing and Information Systems invites applications for a position as Senior Lecturer Associate Professor of Practice or Professor of Practice in the Marketing team. We seek candidates with substantial professional experience at a senior level along with teaching experience in higher education or professional settings. A doctoral degree such as a Doctor of Business Administration is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching a variety of marketing-related subjects such as branding digital marketing event marketing CSR and sustainability and social entrepreneurship. Experience managing the internship course is highly desirable. Candidates are expected to teach at both the Bachelor and Master of Business Administration levels assist in program management and development and actively engage with students.
Candidates with extensive marketing experience and senior management roles in the industry will be considered for the Associate Professor of Practice or Professor of Practice position especially those with strong connections within the business community.
This position is based at the Kowloon Tong campus. The initial appointment will be on a 2-year fixed-term contract commencing September 2025 or the earliest available date. Reappointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
