Are you a talented and motivated PT looking for an opportunity toprovide high quality one-on-one patient carein a unique PT/sports performance center
Elite Sports Performance & Physical TherapyinStoughtonMA is looking for a skilled and team-oriented physical therapist to join our growing team! Our comprehensive team consists of physical therapists sports performance coaches and personal trainers dedicated to providing the best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy sports performance training and personal training all under one roof. Our unique facility includes two PT clinics a fully-equipped fitness center and a designated sports performance training area for athlete rehabilitation and performance training including specialized training equipment and a large turf training area for functional training and return-to-sport rehab.
The ideal candidate will have (or be preparing to obtain) a current PT license for MA and previous clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting (including student affiliation experience). Interest in pursuing board-certification (i.e. OCS SCS) in the future is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) excellent attention to detail and time management skills and a high level of professionalism and passion for orthopedic/sports PT are all essential.
Elite offers a personalized one-on-one treatment model to allow you to provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients except in very unusual circumstances. We do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. Our comprehensive facility includes a full-service fitness center and sports performance center which helps attract a varied patient population that ranges from general orthopedics to youth HS and college athletes.
