To ensure optimal visual alignment between our digital platform and brand assets We are seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for aligning product and marketing through cohesive experiences across all internal and external media. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys working cross-functionally and takes pride in translating ideas into engaging intuitive visual outputs. The ideal candidate combines experience curiosity drive strategic thinking a hands-on mindset and a passion for pushing boundaries. The role is for 24 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative assets across digital and print: social media graphics advertising creatives event materials sales decks and email campaigns
Support the evolution and guardianship of the visual identity ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ideate and execute campaigns that capture attention and reflect our tone of voice
Design assets for employer branding internal communications and strategic partnerships
Develop brand toolkits templates and scalable design systems for use across the organisation
Work closely with UX/UI designers product managers and developers to contribute visual assets and design refinements that enhance the overall brand experience
Design and optimise interface components such as icons illustrations onboarding visuals modals and empty/error states
Assist in maintaining and evolving the style guide
Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing and/or product environments
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Buzz) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and After Effects (for basic motion design).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across both marketing and/or product spaces
Excellent understanding of typography layout colour theory and composition
Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand and product guidelines
Basic motion design and animation skills for social content or micro-interactions
Strong curiosity about automotive tech solutions and their business environment where previous experience in automotive mobility or B2B SaaS industries is a strong advantage
Ability to connect business goals and challenges into an effective visualisation
