What Youll Do:
- Set up banquet rooms and service areas according to event plans (BEOs).
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous efficient food and beverage service.
- Deliver meals beverages and accompaniments to tables and stations.
- Replenish buffet items clear courses and ensure tables remain clean and presentable.
- Work as part of the banquet team to execute events smoothly and on time.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Break down banquet setups and return service items to the proper areas.
What You Bring:
- 12 years of banquet catering or upscale dining service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
