Job Description

Role:Quantity Surveyor (2 years fixed contract)
Client:Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 5years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor competency in Cubit CostX or similar
Location:Cork city
Salary: 70000 - 75000

Our client a leading residential developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a 2-year fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Senior QS you will assist in managing subcontract packages processing payments preparing monthly valuations and reporting on budgets and variations. You will also be responsible for maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details while gaining increasing responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in residential or commercial projects strong analytical skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
