Job Description

Are you excited about driving scalable sales growth through automation data and innovation Do you want to help Small and Medium Sized Businesses (SMB) in Latin America reach millions of customers globally Join us as a Lead Management Manager (LMM) and help us build the future of lead management in Amazon Marketplace.

The LMM will lead key initiatives to improve the productivity of LATAMs sales teams by developing automated lead generation and qualification systems deploying AI tools and scaling internal products. This is a builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product operations and data.

You will collaborate with business and tech teams across Amazon define and own products drive adoption with sales stakeholders and deliver results that increase the speed and quality of seller recruitment.



Key job responsibilities
Design and deploy new lead generation products tools and mechanisms to support seller recruitment.

Own roadmaps success metrics and scaling strategies for automation and AI-based lead solutions.

Dive deep into data to identify opportunities test hypotheses and improve lead performance and quality.

Partner with sales marketing BI and tech teams to deliver solutions that unlock productivity.

Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end from intake and design to implementation and reporting.

Benchmark global best practices and localize them to LATAM business needs.

We help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Latin America grow by connecting them to millions of customers around the world through Amazons stores. Our team builds the lead management engine that powers this growth sourcing enriching and prioritizing leads so our sales teams can focus on what matters most: helping sellers launch and scale.

We operate regionally partnering with business tech and marketing teams across Mexico Brazil and other LATAM countries. We combine automation data and local expertise to drive seller acquisition at scale. Our culture values ownership curiosity and a builder mindset. We are a tight knit high impact team that thrives on solving ambiguous problems and turning ideas into scalable solutions.

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- knowledge in SQL data extraction and Excel data analysis.

- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
- Marketplace or e-commerce background preferably in sales recruiting or business development and Experience launching or managing internal tools or automation workflows
- Strong Python skills for scripting and automation and SQL proficiency and ability to work independently with datasets
