Your team
As a key strategic region of growth for the company join our international Asia Sales Team and take part in the exciting growth potential in Japan!
Your mission
  • Drive and close digital sales buildmaintaincustomer relationships:This role will bemainly responsiblefor driving digital sales for 1NCEAsiabusiness unit. Job role includeestablishand nurture connections withmainlymediumand small customers through phone and emailtoJapanbased customers. Act as the primary point of salescontact for newwebshopbuyers andinquiries andstrategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust long-term relationships. Some customers may include internationally based.
  • Collaborate with the international team:Work closely with theASIA andinternational team to achieve regional and personal goals emphasizing close teamwork effective communication and coordination within the team
  • Maintain customer focus:Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity
  • Sales forecasting and database management:Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information
Your skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills fluentinJapanese andEnglishin wring and speakingisa must. Other Asianlanguagesuch as Korean Chinesecapability will be a plus.
  • Experience and Background:You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role ideally with a background in technical sales
  • Education:You have a vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration orsimilarpreviousworking experience
  • Industry Knowledge:A good understanding of the telecommunications sector especially IoT solutions/connectivity and various IoT verticals is highlyadvantageous
  • Salesforce Experience:Experience in working with Salesforce is
  • Collaboration with Partners:You bring a structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with partnerssuch as SoftBank
  • Team Player:You are an open-minded and dedicated team player
  • Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude:A practical mentality positive attitude and a thirst for knowledge are some of your qualities
  • Independent Work:Youare capable of workingindependently and goal-oriented even remotely
Your tools
As an Account Manager (Inside Sales) you will be working with various applications such as HubSpotSalesforce Jira Confluence LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other business applications
