ProjectOverview:
Our client is looking for a Data Platforms Lead to play a crucial role in shaping their data architecture and strategy driving the transition to a data-driven enterprise. This position involves collaborating with various business units to design data processes and technologies that enhance decision-making and improve patient care. You will be responsible for developing innovative data-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Scope of service
- Data Solutions Development: Create best practices for federated delivery teams in building data solutions on enterprise data platforms catering to various data types including batch streaming and real-time.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the vision for enterprise data services and to advocate for continuous improvements.
- Platform Modernization: Assess current platform architecture identify pain points and provide a roadmap for modernizing legacy capabilities.
- Collaborative Culture: Foster a culture of trust and innovation utilizing agile methodologies to deliver efficient solutions and address engineering challenges.
- Performance Metrics: Focus on metrics to evaluate the impact of solutions and improve engineering and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Communication skill in both English and Japanese language is required.
- Minimum of 8 years in data platforms and delivery methodologies with a strong understanding of technology and solution architecture.
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses data lakes and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of data quality privacy and governance practices.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks and BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
