Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS US GAAP).
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits; liaise with external auditors.
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable GL and bank reconciliations.
- Support tax planning and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and risk management.
