We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Consultant to lead and support digital commerce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of SFCC B2C strong business insight and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable customer-centric commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) advising on platform capabilities and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives map customer journeys and define e-commerce requirements
- Translate business needs into clear actionable functional specifications and user stories for technical teams
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define solution architecture and integration approaches
- Provide strategic input on key SFCC features including catalog management personalization promotions and checkout optimization
- Support implementation teams across configuration testing and deployment stages
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to boost performance and user experience
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to provide actionable insights and optimize conversion rates and e-commerce performance
- Stay current with platform updates industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously drive innovation
Qualifications /must be clearly listed on your CV
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) projects
- Strong understanding of e-commerce processes digital retail and customer-centric strategies
- Hands-on familiarity with SFCC Business Manager Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) and platform architecture
- Experience in systems integration (ERP CRM OMS payment gateways etc.)
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities across teams
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. B2C Commerce Developer B2C Solution Architect)
- Experience with multi-site multi-language and multi-currency setups
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion optimization techniques
- Familiarity with SEO web analytics and personalization platforms
