It also involvesbuilding commercial awareness and taking responsibility forcoaching and technical developmentwithin the team.

What Youll Do:
- Define the scope of substation projects with a focus on the secondary and control component substation protection design technical solutions and lead project / design teams to deliver those solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
- Plan lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met.
- Communicate with clients about current work and future needs provide timely updates on project progress.
- Supervise support and train less experienced members of the team. Formally mentoring young professionals.
- Developing the team contributing to keeping team knowledge up to date with technical regulatory and industry trends.
What Youll Do:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant works experience.
- Expertise in AutoCAD MicroStation ETAP etc.
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon city or in our Cebu city office depending on your home base / location.
