How will you make an impact in this role

American Express zoekt (Toekomstige klantenservice medewerkers. Start date in nog niet bekend)
- Iemand die elke dag nieuwe dingen wil leren en creatief is in het vinden oplossingen;
- Iemand die communicatief sterk is vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en het gesprek in het Engels durft te voeren.
- Iemand die de verwachtingen van onze kaarthouders overtreft;
- Iemand die opzoek is naar afwisseling in de dagelijkse gesprekken;
- Iemand die zelfstandig is en goed in een team kan werken waar iedereen met elkaar er voor zorgt dat we die excellente service kunnen verlenen;
- Iemand die 120% ownership toont voor de baan en onze kaarthouders;
- Iemand die een zeer goede werkplek heeft waar onze kaarthouders op de juiste manier te woord gestaan kunnen worden zonder enige afleiding.
- Iemand die hybride wilt werken. Hybride werken is 3 dagen op kantoor in Amsterdam in de eerste 12 maanden en daarna 2 dagen per week.
- Je woont in Nederland
American Express biedt jou
- Als onderdeel van #TeamAmex krijg je 4 weken fulltime training gevolgd door 4 weken on-the-job training
- De gehele training zal 100% virtueel plaatsvinden.
- Na deze 8 weken heb je de mogelijkheid tot parttime werken minimaal 31 uur.
- Full time basis salaris vakantiegeld in mei 13e maand in december en 27 vakantiedagen op full time basis.
- Maandelijkse incentive/bonus gebaseerd op performance;
- Na het eerste jaar een gegarandeerde incentive/bonus uitbetaling;
- Een 7 Maanden contract en zodra jouw performance dat toelaat de mogelijkheid op een verlenging of een vast dienstverband;
- Bij een fulltime dienstverband heb je recht op 27 vakantiedagen per kalenderjaar
- Laptop apart beeldscherm toetsenbord muis headset en een bureaustoel wordt allemaal geregeld;
- OV reiskosten worden 100% vergoed
