Experience
Aminimum of 5 years of related IT experience
Businessanalysis experience
Projectmanagement experience: Lead and Manage small-mid size of projects - e.g. ScopeTime Resource Financial Change management
* or Acts as key member on a larger projects
Technologyexperience in Operational Analytics / Data Management / Advanced Analytics
Skillsand Capabilities

Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) including theability to explain technological concepts to business stakeholders as well asbusiness concepts to IT stakeholders

Academic Requirement
Bachelorsdegree (or higher)
IT Business Analyst works in ateam of IT to work with Janssen Japan business divisions/departments andreports to Senior Manager BI BTL in Janssen Japan IT.
As a business partner facingrole the Business Analyst participates in strategic planning businessplanning and analysis needs analysis and business risk assessment andconsults with business partners to shape demand and determine how to bestsupport the business through the effective use of BI/D&A technology incompliance with J&J IT standards and policies. And also this role lead anddeliver the solution via co-working with cross functional team. This roleinterface with and manage strategic relationships with Janssen Japan Sales& Marketing partners by representing and promoting I/T capabilities.
The role requires active engagement and partnership with a varietyof organizations within Johnson and Johnson including Janssen BusinessTechnology Commercial IT Technology Services IT Compliance JanssenCommercial Business to drive successful Janssen BI/D&A programs. Thus Stronginterdependent partnering skills are required to collaborate with manystakeholders and to deliver a business value.
