Requirements
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in production-grade environments
- Solid understanding of replication sharding and clustering techniques
- Experience with high-availability database design and geo-distributed systems
- Hands-on knowledge of PITR strategies and backup/restore tooling
- Familiarity with Linux environments and basic shell scripting
- Strong problem-solving mindset communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Advantages:

- Knowledge of database observability and performance tooling (e.g. pgstatstatements PMM or similar)
