Description

**This position is only open to current Palmer College of Chiropractic students.

The Admissions Receptionist position is responsible for the reception of guests for the college and incoming phone calls. They will be located in Building #1 Room 1204 on the second floor.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming phone calls for the college that comes in on extension 2709/ and forwards to the appropriate department.
  • Greets all visitors to the College and assists them in finding the location of their appointment at the College.
  • Logs in all guests
  • Collects information from prospective students.
  • Greets and Registers all prospective students attending weekly campus visits (if needed).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

General qualifications

  • Student must not have any ethics violations
  • Preferably has experience answering phones checking-in visitors etc.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with prospective students

Working Environment and Conditions:

  • Performs assigned duties in a ventilated lighted and temperature controlled office environment
