Job Description

Title: Python Developer (AI Agent Development)

Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite Monday & Wednesday)

Active LinkedIn with 2 references & valid docs.

Note:

Video Screening is Required so share the screening time slot as well!

Key Requirements:

8 10 years of Python development experience
Proven expertise in AI agent development (e.g. OpenAI Copilot Amazon Queue etc.)
Strong skills in prompt engineering (crafting precise instructions for generative AI models like large language models)
Experience in optimization techniques

Preferred Qualifications (Negotiable):

Background in the payroll industry or HCM
Familiarity with AWS

Contract Details:

Initial duration of 6 months with potential for extension or full-time conversion

Additional Information:

Nice-to-have skills: Payroll/HCM experience AWS knowledge
Interview process: 2 rounds (video and onsite)
