Job Summary
RN- Unit Manager (Night Shift)
Location: Moses Lake WA 98837
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10:00 PM End: 6:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekly Pay: $2160 $2320; Depending on experience (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
- Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Active and Valid Washington RN License.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
