Job Summary

RN- Unit Manager (Day Shift)

Location: Fredericksburg VA 22405

Assignment Duration: 9 Weeks

Shift: 8:30 AM End: 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Weekly Pay: $2160 $2320; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff.
Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans.
Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions.
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Active and Valid Washington RN License.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
3-5 years of clinical experience including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
