Job Description
Registered Nurse ICU (Flex Pool)
Department: Intensive Care Unit / ICU Flex Pool
Location: Athena Medtech
Schedule: 3 shifts per week 12 hours per shift 36 hours/week
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM Monday Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse ICU (Flex Pool) to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients while demonstrating leadership clinical excellence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver specialized nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients.

Implement and monitor individualized medical care plans.

Direct supervise and support nursing personnel assigned to the unit.

Maintain continuity of unit operations in the absence of the Head Nurse.

Document and communicate patient conditions clearly and accurately.

Perform additional related duties as assigned to ensure quality patient care.

Current RN license (valid and in good standing).

Minimum of 2 years experience in Critical Care/ICU nursing.

Experience as a Traveler RN in Critical Care preferred but not required.

Strong leadership clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
