Compensation: $160/hour Stipend (mileage & lodging covered)

Hours:
- Mon Thu: 8a 5p
- Fri: 8a 12p
- Nov 26: 8a 3p
- Dec 24: 8a 12p
- Dec 31: 8a 3p
Procedures: Surgical extractions

Requirements

Current and active Dental License
DEA License (required)
Active CSR (Controlled Substance Certificate)
