Job Description
Job Title: Technician I - Non-Exempt
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Location: San Diego CA 92128 (12230 World Trade Dr Ste 100)
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary
The Technician I supports assembly and manufacturing processes for medical devices ensuring compliance with regulated industry standards. This role requires strong mechanical skills attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot equipment or assembly issues.
Experience
- Hands-on assembly experience with tools and PCB components
- Exposure to regulated environments (ISO 13485 or similar)
- Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving equipment or assembly issues
Key Skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot basic equipment/machinery
- Strong attention to detail; quality-focused in assembly tasks
- Identify defects/inconsistencies and escalate issues when needed
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and equipment functionality understanding
