Job Description

Position: Claims Representative
Location: Evansville IN 47715
Client: State of Indiana
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Claims Representative to assist customers with the Hoosier Lottery claims process. This role involves greeting customers processing claims and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with the claims process.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete prior to processing claims.
  • Answer customer inquiries via the claims hotline.
  • Support lottery staff with daily office tasks.
  • Assist with promotional photos of winners as needed.

Technical Skills Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
  • General knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment.
  • Ability to operate a telephone and cash register.
