Meet the team:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will ensure successful project outcomes by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions managing requirements and overseeing testing.
You will collaborate with project and operations managers as well as architects to establish strong partnerships with the clients business teams. This involves a deep understanding of the clients business goals fostering rapport and trust. You will play a crucial role in translating both business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. This translation ensures a cohesive understanding and alignment across diverse cross-functional teams involved in the project.
Where you come in:
You will conduct thorough requirements gathering asking the right questions to stakeholders including project sponsors business unit managers subject matter experts and power users. Employs various methods including unstructured and structured interviews prepared documents or questionnaires document review observation and showback or prototyping.
You will translate business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring a common understanding across cross-functional teams.
You will validate and confirm responses ensuring no room for misinterpretation after requirements gathering.
You will collaborate with managers and architects to establish partnerships with business teams to ensures a deep understanding of the clients business goals.
You will assist in managing and executing testing activities ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
You will implement ServiceNows resource for methodology best practices and accelerator documents.
What makes you successful:
Your 2 year of related experience
Your 3 years of experience as ServiceNow Business Analyst
Your ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Your ServiceNow Micro-Certification
Bachelors degree or equivalent from a four-year College
