Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current user operations and collecting necessary data or reports from both users and management.
- Conducting cost assessments for various job functions and recommending cost-saving solutions.
- Suggesting new or enhanced testing procedures operational processes data support methods reports or system functionalities.
- Investigating system-related issues or concerns then providing solutions and preventive measures.
- Gathering and fully comprehending project requirements from users and management.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to discuss conditions key concerns and development approaches.
- Preparing data reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning corporate planning or related roles within banking financial institutions leasing companies or similar industries.
- Background or involvement in system development system testing or business analysis.
- Proactive energetic and results-driven mindset.
- Strong English communication skills.
