Job Description
Job Description: As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee-based beverages with consistent taste and ensuring cleanliness and optimal service at the bar area. Mastery of basic coffee techniques and the operation of coffee equipment is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve various coffee beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines especially Getra efficiently and safely
Perform daily calibration to maintain consistency in coffee flavor
Create latte art using basic techniques such as heart tulip and rosetta
Use and maintain coffee grinders particularly Ladentina
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment regularly
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
Report ingredient needs or equipment issues to the supervisor
Conduct routine stock opname and ensure ingredient availability for daily operations
Qualifications:
Male or female maximum age 30
Residing near the outlet location
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista
Proficient in operating coffee machines especially Getra
Skilled in creating latte art with basic techniques
Knowledgeable in using and maintaining Ladentina grinders
Clean and neat appearance
Honest disciplined and responsible
Able to work in shifts and on weekends
Detail-oriented in stock management and record keeping
