Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Respond promptly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using professional email scripts and templates.
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately.
Manage the service department loaner program to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Collaborate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with sales service and management teams.
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior BDC customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
