JOB SUMMARY

Create digital templates of counter tops by using our step by step systematic approach to ensure each template is completed consistently thoroughly and accurately. Obtain/collect any needed information or appliances from customers or salespeople.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Operate our template vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws.
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques while on the job site. Some may require the use of a hard hat and prohibit shorts.
• Complete necessary maintenance on the templating vehicle at the proper intervals. Oil changes tire rotations etc. are not to be overlooked.
• Templating vehicles are to be kept clean inside and out. Keeping the inside clean is easily done on a daily basis and an outside wash is to be done as needed
• Have a good attitude while at work. Treat others with the respect you expect others to treat you with.
• Dress and conduct yourself in a professional manor when dealing with homeowners. You are required to wear a company shirt while on any job site.
• Memorize your step by step procedure.
• Follow your step by step procedure every template and do not go out of order this will ensure you get your templates done quickly and accurately.
• Do templates in the order they are numbered unless you see an obvious mistake.
• Double check ALL your measurements.
• Double check ALL your labels.
• Double check ALL your notes.
• Ensure that you have all the supplies you need on a daily basis. This includes but is not limited to: proper number and type of targets 4 level complete granite sample box hard hat Disclosure Statement etc.
• Call home-owners with eta as soon as you start your day.
• Keep them updated throughout the day.
• Call salesperson if you have a problem on any of your jobs.
• Pick up sinks as needed.
• Get brand and model numbers as needed.
• Email templates in as soon as you return home or as soon as they are complete (if needed).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean driving record
• Detail oriented to be able to follow step by step procedure without making mistakes
• Motivated to be able to start early and finish quickly
• Ability to communicate well with others to accomplish common goals
• Experience using a tape measure is a must
• Cabinetry counter top or carpentry experience is a plus
