Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Multi Family Manager to support the team based out of North Charleston South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts components and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings specifications quality standards and manufacturing plans
3 years of team leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of 787 Program Experience
Exhibits Boeing Behaviors
3 years of Aerospace Fabrication or Manufacturing experience
