Were looking for a hardworking driven and passionate candidate to join our team as we continue our growth in 2025 helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing holiday management companies in the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance you will follow a maintenance schedule as outlined by the Company inspecting and verifying the status of employer assets making repairs and adjustments as needed. This role does require you to travel to our properties across Saltburn Whitby and surrounding areas a company van and fuel card will be provided.
The role is Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
You will conduct general plastering of buildings including undertaking repairs and planned maintenance.
Main duties will be any aspect of plastering and performing this to the highest of standards including but not limited to painting gazing and plastering.
To excel in this position you must be an outstanding problem solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

To be considered for this role you MUST have:
- Good team spirit.
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Proven Experience as a Plasterer.
- Good aptitude in using appropriate tools for each task.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- Be organised and can prioritise tasks.
- IT Literate and be able to use applications and upload documents.
- Having a can-do attitude and being open to learning new skills.
- Full driving license (if you have a disability we will explore reasonable adjustments with you).
