Job Summary

Key accountabilities:

1. News:

Monitor select categorize and distribute online daily news clippings (specific subjects in Power plants Solar cell Corruption TV digital and Public Private Partnership: PPP)
Provide news for launching Daily news alert with team.

2. Book:

Acquisition and purchase local legal books for users.
Register and fill details of books into indexing form.
Catalogue into library database.
Make label and borrowing cards.
Manage book shelves.
Weeding books from library.

3. Work product:

Select work product from DM by Practice Group for collecting to LPL.

4. Subscription renewals:

Online database Corpus database.

5. Current awareness alert:

Tax alert Trade Regulation and Customs alert E-Thesis and Dissertation Recommended New book in the library Supreme Court Judgments Alert: Thai Bar with team.

6. Database:

Manage to Digital library database for update book information and cataloging.
Manage to Tax ruling database for input and upload the tax rulings for users.
Any other service duties as requested by all users and as assigned by supervisor.

Essential requirement:

Bachelors degree in fields. A degree in information management information science or library science will be advantage.
Previous background as librarian will be advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Proficient in Microsoft Office program (including Word PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to use internet research tools and library system
Customer-minded professional highly organized and strong analytical skill and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
