Who are we looking for

Were looking for aContract Administratorwho will be responsible for the accurate administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle from set up and renewal to amendments and role ensures all executed contracts are correctly reflected in internal systems and that billing structures timelines and terms are aligned with organizational standards. The Contract Administrator collaborates closely with the Contracts Team Lead Sales Finance and Implementation teams to ensure accurate contract records and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support the contract lifecycle including the signing drafting setup renewal amendment and termination of contracts
  • Ensure all executed contracts are properly entered and maintained in internal systems (BST10 HubSpot Staxbill)
  • Review and validate contract terms against approved pricing and business rules
  • Create contract documentation for client signature (e.g. via DocuSign)
  • Maintain and regularly update the Contract Register with critical data such as billing structures contract timelines and renewal dates
  • Flag upcoming renewals and work with the Contracts Team Lead to ensure timely action is taken
  • Participate in the management of client feature cancellations and contract terminations
  • Ensure accurate billing setup in Staxbill based on contract terms
  • Respond to contract-related email inquiries and triage them appropriately
  • Deliver exceptional service in all contract and billing interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure correct Jira ticketing and task completion related to contract setup and renewals
  • Act as point of contact in terms of clients contact information update and ensures that the changes are reflected across the systems and Contract Register

Work schedule:Monday to Friday / Shifting schedule / Hybrid
