Success in this role will be measured by:
- Maintaining 100% compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across supported regions.
- Achieving a 95% accuracy rate in data reporting and program documentation.
- Supporting timely completion of compensation surveys and benchmarking within quarterly deadlines.
- Delivering employee and manager support with a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher in internal feedback surveys.
What you bring to the role
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in HR Services Operations preferred focus in compensation & benefits administration.
- Ability to explain policies and practices clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and standard procedures.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
