Divisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional support to students and staff. The role/Te mahi
The Dunedin School of Medicine are seeking two capable and motivated Administrators to provide high-quality administrative support to the Department of Surgery and Critical Care and Department of Preventive & Social Medicine. These are varied and rewarding roles working closely with the Heads of Department academic staff and administrative colleagues. You will support a range of teaching operational and departmental activities such as coordinating teaching assessment events managing and recording student results and preparing data analysis reports for academic staff and stakeholders.
Other operational tasks will include:
Diary management.
Triaging email correspondence.
General secretarial support.
Booking travel and accommodation.
Processing transactional finance.
Supporting Human Resources processes.

The Department of Preventive & Social Medicine is a fixed term (12 month) full time (37.5 hours) position and the Department of Surgery and Critical Care is a permanent full time (37.5 hours) position based in tepoti Dunedin.
The appointment range for these roles is $63508 to $68185. Top of the range is $73640.
We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari which support the implementation of our Mori Strategic Framework.
