Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead the creation of back-end micro services that support user-facing features.
Participate in designing architectures that enhance the efficiency and flexibility of our services.
Maintain a high standard of availability reliability and fault tolerance for high-throughput services.
Mentor and train team members in software implementation and operational best practices.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality implementation through active participation in code and design reviews.

Product and Service Development: Java Kotlin Spring Framework
Observability: Prometheus Grafana AlertManager Elasticsearch Kibana
Storage: MySQL MongoDB Redis Apache Kafka
Infrastructure: Container (Kubernetes) VM/PM on Private Cloud
Infrastructure as Code CI/CD Configuration Repository: Ansible ArgoCD Jenkins GitHub Actions

Experience and Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in server-side application development.
Proficient in scalable data storage technologies such as MySQL Redis MongoDB Kafka and HBase.
Strong foundation in computer science principles.
Business-level verbal communication skills in Japanese or English.
Business-level written communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience/Skills

Development and design of high-traffic services
JVM application tuning and monitoring
Experience in coaching managing and/or leading a technical team
Proficient in microservice architecture
Skilled in Kubernetes-based application development
